Senior HR Advisor – Employee Relations Specialist

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior HR Advisor with a strong Employee Relations background to join our HR team. You will provide expert guidance on disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence matters while ensuring policy compliance.

You will coach managers, lead investigations, support change processes including restructures and TUPE, analyse ER trends and contribute to training and policy development to enhance engagement and workplace culture.
