Senior HR Advisor (Maternity Cover) – Luxury Brand

Bremont Watch Company is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for a fixed-term maternity cover within its HR team. You will partner with the CPO and key stakeholders to keep day-to-day HR operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, luxury-brand environment.

The role requires broad generalist experience, hands-on delivery, and the ability to advise line managers on employee relations, performance, talent planning, and HR processes. Hybrid working with three days in the office is expected.
