In this key role, you will provide expert HR guidance and support to employees and line managers, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. You will play an integral part in ensuring the consistent application of HR best practices and contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive advice and support on all employee relations matters, including investigations and dispute resolution.
- Manage and resolve complex HR issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law.
- Support line managers with performance improvement plans and talent development initiatives.
- Assist in the development and review of HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to HR projects, such as implementing new HR systems or improving HR processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements
- Substantial experience as an HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to handle complex employee relations issues effectively.
- Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- CIPD Level 5 or above.
