About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior HR Advisor to join their busy team in Manchester . This role is crucial for providing expert HR support and guidance to managers and employees across various departments, ensuring adherence to company policies and employment law. You will play a key role in managing employee relations, supporting talent development initiatives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR advice and support on a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
• Support managers with performance management, absence management, and workforce planning.
• Contribute to talent management initiatives, including succession planning and employee development programs.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar HR role, with a strong understanding of UK employment law.
• Excellent knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload effectively.
• CIPD Level 5 or above is highly desirable.
• Experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
