Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and support on complex employee relations matters.
- Guide managers on performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
- Ensure the consistent and fair application of HR policies and procedures.
- Support and advise on talent management and development initiatives.
- Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving processes and employee experience.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in employment law and best practices.
Requirements
- Substantial experience as an HR Advisor or similar role, with a strong focus on employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding workload remotely.
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.
