Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues.
• Support managers in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance with employment law.
• Lead on HR projects, such as policy reviews, organisational change, and talent development initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior HR team members, fostering their professional development.
• Contribute to strategic HR planning and the development of HR initiatives that align with business goals.
• Ensure the effective management of HR data and reporting, maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Significant experience as an HR Advisor or HR Specialist with a strong focus on employee relations.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex HR issues and provide strategic advice.
• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent professional experience is essential.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment is advantageous.
