About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their team, offering a fully remote working experience. You will provide comprehensive HR support and strategic guidance to managers and employees across the organization, ensuring compliance with employment law and promoting best HR practices. This role is crucial for handling complex employee relations issues, supporting talent management initiatives, and contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures, all within a virtual setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong advisory skills, a deep understanding of HR principles, and the ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and support to managers on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues.
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Lead on significant HR projects, such as organizational restructuring and change management initiatives.
- Support talent acquisition and retention strategies, working closely with recruitment teams.
- Conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations for resolution, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Mentor and guide junior HR team members.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations cases and advise on legal requirements.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in a remote setting .
