Senior HR Advisor

About the Role

Our client seeks a proactive and seasoned Senior HR Advisor to join their established Human Resources department in Newcastle upon Tyne . This role is crucial for providing expert HR advice and support to managers and employees across the organization, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. You will play a key role in managing employee relations, supporting change initiatives, and contributing to the strategic direction of HR within the company. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to line managers on a range of issues including performance, conduct, and capability.
• Lead on complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as talent management programs and employee engagement surveys.
• Conduct HR data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and maintain accurate HR records.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a similar Senior HR Advisor role or HR Manager position.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to manage difficult employee relations cases and deliver practical solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with HRIS systems.
• CIPD Level 5 or above qualification is highly desirable.
