Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level advice and support on complex employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Interpret and advise on UK employment law and HR best practices, ensuring organisational compliance.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coach and guide line managers on HR matters, including performance management and development.
- Contribute to strategic HR projects, such as organisational change and employee engagement initiatives.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend appropriate actions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in an HR Advisory or Senior HR Generalist role.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application.
- Proven experience in managing complex employee relations cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is essential.
