Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, advising on all aspects of human capital management.
• Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and leadership development.
• Lead employee relations initiatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee the design and execution of performance management systems.
• Drive cultural initiatives and employee engagement programs for a distributed workforce .
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and HR best practices across all operations.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in a senior HR Business Partner role, ideally within a dispersed organisation.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
• Expertise in talent management, employee relations, and organisational design.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and its implications.
• Excellent influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• MCIPD or FCIPD qualification is strongly preferred.
