Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
• Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training programs on HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company HR policies.

  Requirements
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role, preferably within the UK .
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office collaboration.
