Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and develop tailored HR plans to support them.
• Provide expert advice and coaching on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Lead and manage HR projects, including organisational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
• Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Foster a positive employee relations environment and promote the company's culture and values.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in managing complex employee relations issues and implementing HR projects.
• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
