Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR plans that support business objectives.
- Advise on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and legal compliance.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and career development programs.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and deliver engaging training programs on HR best practices.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization, fostering a truly inclusive remote workplace.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or CIPD qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar strategic HR role.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations , talent management, and organizational design.
- Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders in a remote setting .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of UK employment law.
- Experience using HRIS and other HR technology platforms to drive efficiency and data insights.
