Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR plans that support organisational goals.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Lead and manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Drive initiatives focused on enhancing employee engagement, retention, and the overall employee experience.
- Collaborate with HR specialists to deliver integrated HR solutions and support organisational change initiatives.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to business leaders to inform decision-making and identify trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a senior capacity.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex employee relations cases and advising senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPD qualification is advantageous.
