Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR plans that support business objectives and employee growth.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on all aspects of people management, including performance, employee relations, and talent development.
- Lead and manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary processes with fairness and discretion.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, workforce planning, and recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in a remote environment.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership regarding workforce trends and people strategies.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role, with a proven track record of influencing business leaders.
- Demonstrated success in managing HR initiatives within a fully remote or distributed workforce .
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and UK employment law.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with talent management, organizational development, and change management.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional HR certification is highly desirable.
