Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to understand business needs and develop tailored HR solutions.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Lead and support change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment.
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably within a complex organization.
• Strong understanding of strategic HR principles and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Expertise in UK employment law and employee relations.
• Proven track record in talent management and organizational development.
