Senior HR Consultant - Strategic People Partner (Hybrid)

AAB group is seeking a Senior HR Consultant to join our People Consulting team in Belfast. This role offers permanent employment and a flexible schedule (minimum 4 days per week). Candidates should possess substantial HR experience and CIPD accreditation or be willing to pursue it.

The successful candidate will provide strategic HR advice, support client relationships, and help shape HR policies and processes across varied sectors. Travel to client sites is expected as required.
