Senior HR Leader – Global Law Firm

Oyster Search & Selection Ltd. is seeking a Senior HRM for a leading international law firm. You will partner with the Head of HR and business leaders to deliver high-quality HR support across the employee life cycle, blending operational HR with project work.

You will manage and mentor the HR team, with strong stakeholder management, particularly with partners and fee earners, and bring an excellent grounding in ER, talent and performance management.
