Job Description
Frazer Jones has partnered with a leading international organisation to recruit an Senior HR Manager - Change and Transformation, , to join a newly evolving HR Centre of Excellence (CoE) team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a major HR transformation programme, shaping the future of people practices across a complex, multi-country European business.
This is far more than a traditional HR role. You'll have the chance to influence strategy, redesign core HR frameworks, partner with senior stakeholders, and create lasting organisational impact.
What you'll be doing
As a key member of the HR Centre of Excellence, you will:
Lead the review and redesign of critical HR frameworks, including:
- Job grading and job architecture
- Performance management
- Promotion frameworks
- Reward and remuneration structures
Drive large-scale HR transformation initiatives from concept through to implementation and adoption
Review and enhance HR operating models, helping define the future roles and interactions between HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, and operational teams
Partner with senior leaders and HR stakeholders across multiple countries to deliver practical, business-focused solutions
Develop governance frameworks, policies, processes, guidance materials, and training programmes
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities to build alignment and drive change
Use workforce and reward data to generate insights and support decision-making
Establish sustainable governance and continuous improvement mechanisms to ensure long-term success
What we're looking for
We're interested in speaking with HR professionals who bring:
- Significant experience in a specialist HR discipline such as:

- Reward & Compensation
- Talent Management

- HR Transformation
- Learning & Development
- Experience designing and implementing HR frameworks, policies, operating models, or organisational change programmes
Strong knowledge of at least two of the following:
- Job grading / job architecture
- Performance management
- Promotion frameworks
- Reward and remuneration
- Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional projects from design through implementation
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Experience working within regional or global organisations across multiple geographies
