Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall business goals and vision.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee key HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and learning and development.
• Ensure compliance with all UK employment laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date HR policies.
• Partner with senior leadership to address organizational challenges and drive strategic initiatives.
• Champion employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in HR management, with a strong background in strategic HR planning and execution.
• Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in managing complex employee relations and organizational change.
• Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; CIPD Level 7 preferred.
