Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior HR Manager or HR Director role, with a proven track record of strategic leadership.
- Deep expertise in all areas of HR, including employment law, talent management, and organisational development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levels.
- Experience in managing HR teams and implementing HR initiatives within a complex organisation.
- CIPD qualification (Level 7 or equivalent) or extensive relevant experience.
