About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead their HR function in Glasgow . This is a key leadership position responsible for developing and implementing the overall HR strategy in alignment with business objectives. You will manage a team of HR professionals, oversee all HR operations including talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organisational development. This role requires a strong leader who can drive change, foster a positive employee culture, and ensure legal compliance in a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and values.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Oversee all aspects of talent management , including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
- Manage complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with UK employment law .
- Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Drive organizational development initiatives and support change management processes.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior HR leadership role, with a proven track record of strategic HR management.
- In-depth knowledge of all HR disciplines, including employment law, OD, and C&B.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in managing change and driving cultural transformation within an organisation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform HR strategy.
- Chartered MCIPD or equivalent qualification is essential.
