Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead their Human Resources function, operating in a fully remote capacity. This pivotal role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's overarching business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and fostering a robust organisational culture. You will serve as a key advisor to the executive team, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, optimise organisational effectiveness, and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee strategic HR initiatives across talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and learning & development.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to provide expert HR guidance on organisational design, change management, and workforce planning.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Ensure compliance with all UK employment laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion across the remote workforce.
- Utilise HR analytics to provide insights and strategic recommendations to the executive team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior HR leadership role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategy.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong experience in talent management, organisational development, and employee relations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing HR functions within a remote or distributed team environment.
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualification is essential.
