About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to join their dynamic team in London . This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources, from talent acquisition and employee relations to compensation, benefits, and HR policy development. You will play a key part in shaping the company's HR strategy, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations across the UK. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management issues effectively.
- Administer and review compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
- Develop and deliver HR training programs to management and staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and best HR practices.
- Demonstrable experience in talent management, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems and HR metrics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- CIPD Level 5 or above qualification is highly desirable.
