Job Description
Fortive is seeking a senior HR Systems Architect to shape and evolve its HR technology ecosystem. You will lead architecture decisions across Oracle HCM Cloud, Boomi, ServiceNow HRSD, Eightfold, and LMS platforms, ensuring scalable, API-first integrations and responsible AI governance.
You will partner with HR Product Owners, IT and vendor teams to deliver cloud-native, secure solutions that support Fortive’s global HR functions and operating companies.
