Senior HRBP, Global Tech & AI – Shape Future Workforce

AXA XL seeks a Senior HRBP for Global Tech & AI in the UK, France or US. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into workforce requirements, shape organization design and build capabilities for the future, reporting to the Global Head of HR, Technology & AI Office.

You will collaborate across the global HR network to deliver AXA XL people initiatives and drive workforce transformation in a fast‑changing tech landscape within insurance.
