Senior IB VP - M&A & Capital Markets Advisor

Citi UK seeks a senior VP Banker to assist clients in raising funds in the capital markets and provide strategic advisory for mergers and acquisitions in coordination with the Institutional Banking team.

The VP acts as an intermediary in trading for clients and guides them through capital raising, due diligence, and presentations for equity or debt offerings, working with senior team members and outside advisors.
