Senior Impact Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Impact Manager to lead their impact measurement and reporting functions. This critical role is fully remote and focuses on demonstrating the effectiveness and reach of their charitable programmes. You will be responsible for developing robust frameworks for measuring social impact, collecting and analysing data, and communicating findings to internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive framework for measuring and evaluating the social impact of the organisation's programmes.
• Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data from various sources.
• Develop compelling reports, case studies, and presentations to communicate impact findings to leadership, funders, and beneficiaries.
• Provide strategic guidance on how to enhance programme effectiveness and maximise social impact based on data insights.
• Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in impact measurement and social return on investment (SROI).
• Mentor and support programme teams in data collection and impact reporting processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in impact measurement, M&E, or a related field within the non-profit sector .
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and applying impact measurement frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools and software.
• A strategic thinker with a passion for social justice and driving demonstrable change.
