Senior In-Home Support Worker: PBS Focus

Positive Futures is recruiting a Specialist Senior Support Worker for The McSweeney Centre in Belfast. You will support people in their own homes to build independence, develop communication and shape lives that reflect their choices and goals, using Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) in practical ways.

You will work with a dedicated PBS Team, receive hands-on coaching and guidance, and contribute to person-centred plans, risk management and high-quality support across the service.
