Senior In-House European Commercial Counsel

Thomson Legal Recruitment Company is seeking a Commercial Lawyer to act as Legal Counsel for a global brand, based in central Edinburgh. You will be the sole legal counsel for the European Business Unit, delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice across governance, contracts and regulatory matters.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, including banking, M&A projects, IP protection and litigation management across multiple jurisdictions.
