Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects using lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.
• Analyze manufacturing and business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste, improve throughput, and enhance product quality.
• Train and mentor teams on operational excellence tools and techniques.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics to track progress and ensure sustainable improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in industrial engineering with a proven track record in operational excellence initiatives.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt certification desirable), and process simulation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or operational environment.
