Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex industrial processes, systems, and operational data to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and advanced simulation modelling, to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and manage multiple complex projects remotely, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams and stakeholders across the organization.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies to drive operational excellence.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, detailing findings, recommendations, and ROI analyses.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , with a strong track record of driving significant operational improvements.
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, process simulation, and advanced data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects in a remote or distributed environment.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
