Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects focused on process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Conduct detailed analysis of production and operational data to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.
• Design and implement optimized factory layouts, workflows, and material handling systems.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations and enhance quality.
• Develop and implement performance metrics and reporting systems to track key operational indicators.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff and operations personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering , preferably in manufacturing or a similar operational environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma principles, and continuous improvement tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
