About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a skilled Senior Industrial Engineer for a fully remote position, with the operational base located in Reading . You will be responsible for analyzing complex operational challenges, designing and implementing innovative solutions, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of complex manufacturing and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement optimized processes, systems, and layouts to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Utilize advanced data analytics, simulation, and modeling techniques to evaluate process performance.
• Develop and implement strategies for lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and support staff in the application of engineering principles.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with business goals.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in Industrial Engineering with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing , Six Sigma, and operational excellence principles.
• Proficiency with advanced simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and process modeling techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects in a remote or distributed team setting.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
