Senior Industrial Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing and business processes to identify areas for improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Design, develop, and implement optimized workflows, layouts, and material handling systems.
• Conduct time and motion studies, capacity planning, and resource allocation analyses.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to track operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams on improvement projects, ensuring timely and effective implementation of solutions.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and management teams to foster a culture of operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and process optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in simulation software, CAD, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
