About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing production and operational systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement optimized manufacturing processes and layouts, utilizing lean manufacturing principles.
- Develop and manage project plans for process improvement initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Utilize data analysis and statistical methods to measure performance, track KPIs, and report on progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and management, to implement strategic changes.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in industrial engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering , process optimization, or operations management.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Experience with process simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
