Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate security weaknesses.
• Monitor security alerts and events, investigating potential incidents and coordinating response efforts.
• Analyze threat intelligence to anticipate and mitigate emerging cyber risks affecting the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into all systems and processes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior security team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in information security , with a focus on threat analysis and incident response.
• Deep understanding of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), network security, cryptography, and cloud security principles.
• Proficiency with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable.
