Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage security infrastructure, including firewalls, WAFs, and SIEM systems.
- Develop and automate security processes and controls using scripting languages.
- Conduct in-depth security assessments and penetration tests, providing actionable recommendations.
- Lead incident response efforts, including containment, eradication, and recovery.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Stay abreast of emerging threats and vulnerabilities, proactively enhancing security defenses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in information security engineering.
- Strong expertise in network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and endpoint security solutions.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Demonstrated experience with security frameworks and compliance standards.
