Senior Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their dynamic team in Bristol, South West England . This role is pivotal in managing and delivering complex infrastructure projects, including site development, utilities, and public realm works. You will be responsible for leading design processes, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of infrastructure solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
• Prepare detailed designs for site infrastructure, including roads, sewers, drainage, and external works.
• Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and develop conceptual designs.
• Coordinate with statutory undertakers, local authorities, and other stakeholders to secure necessary approvals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in infrastructure design and project management.
• Proven experience in S38, S104, and S106 agreements and processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and relevant drainage design software.
• Strong understanding of UK planning and construction regulations.
