Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of major civil infrastructure schemes, including transport, drainage, and utilities.
• Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
• Prepare detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Manage project teams and ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of infrastructure projects.
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, regulatory bodies, and other project stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant specialization.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in infrastructure design and project delivery.
• Extensive knowledge of highway design , drainage systems , and earthworks .
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D and MX SS2/SS4 .
• Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
