Senior Infrastructure Project Manager – AMP8 Delivery

Tilbury Douglas is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Infrastructure team, delivering the AMP8 Thames Water programme across the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire and Thames Valley. You will lead multi‑disciplinary project teams, ensure safe, high‑quality delivery and manage budgets and stakeholders.

The role requires an HNC or equivalent in Civil/Construction, a valid CSCS and SMSTS, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with MMC, Lean Construction and A‑Site.
