Senior Insight Director - 12-Month Maternity Cover

ENI – Elizabeth Norman International in Leeds is seeking an experienced Insight Director for a 12-month maternity cover contract. The role blends client leadership with commercial accountability and hands-on project delivery across R&D, innovation, product and consumer insight.

You will guide senior clients, grow relationships, manage pipelines and financial targets, and lead a high-performing research team delivering high-quality, commercially-focused recommendations.
