Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative instructional materials and learning solutions for online courses and training programs.
• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, concise, and accessible content.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, assessments, and multimedia elements for various learning modalities.
• Lead the evaluation and iteration of learning programs based on feedback and performance data.
• Mentor junior instructional designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design standards and processes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in instructional design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital learning solutions.
• Expertise in adult learning principles, ADDIE, SAM, and other instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency with e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in leading design projects and working effectively in a remote team environment.
