Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for new and existing insurance products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch new products.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management , with a significant focus on the insurance industry.
- Proven ability to develop and launch successful insurance products.
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and market awareness.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
