About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Insurance Sales Manager to lead their sales team in Plymouth . This leadership role is responsible for setting sales targets, developing effective sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the company's insurance products. You will motivate and mentor a team of sales professionals, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand customer base.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and strategic partners.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales management role, with a significant track record in the insurance industry.

- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
