Senior Insurance Securitisation & Structured Finance Lawyer

Chadwick Nott - London is working with a prestigious US law firm with a London office to appoint an Insurance Structured Finance Associate at partner PQE level. The role focuses on advising UK and European insurers on securitisation and structured products, including SRT transactions and matching adjustment eligible bonds.

The successful candidate will have 4–6 PQE, be England & Wales qualified, and possess substantive experience advising insurance clients within a UK law firm.
