Senior Integrity Engineer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Senior Integrity Engineer to join their remote team, supporting critical asset integrity management for their Oil & Gas operations. This role is essential for ensuring the safety, reliability, and compliance of offshore and onshore structures and equipment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust integrity management strategies, overseeing inspection programs, and managing risk assessments to maintain the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive asset integrity management (AIM) plans for pipelines, pressure vessels, and structural components.
• Oversee the planning and execution of inspection, testing, and maintenance activities.
• Conduct risk-based assessments (RBI) to prioritize integrity efforts and optimize inspection intervals.
• Analyze inspection data and performance metrics to identify potential degradation mechanisms and recommend mitigation actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client-specific integrity requirements.
• Manage corrosion control programs and materials selection for critical assets.
• Provide technical support and guidance to site teams and other engineering disciplines.
• Prepare integrity reports and contribute to safety case development and reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in asset integrity engineering , preferably in the Oil & Gas industry .
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., API, DNV, ISO).
• Experience with risk-based inspection methodologies and integrity management software.
• Proficiency in assessing common degradation mechanisms such as corrosion, erosion, and fatigue.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related engineering discipline.
