About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Investment Analyst to join their dedicated investment team, operating with a flexible remote work policy. This role is integral to researching, evaluating, and recommending investment opportunities across various asset classes. You will conduct in-depth market research, financial modeling, and due diligence to support strategic investment decisions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to articulate investment theses clearly, contributing significantly to portfolio performance and growth from their home office.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis and valuation of potential investment opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth market research, economic analysis, and industry-specific studies.
- Develop detailed financial models, including DCF, LBO, and comparable company analyses.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee.
- Monitor existing portfolio investments, track performance, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to source and execute deals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in investment analysis, equity research, or portfolio management.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and asset allocation.
- Demonstrated ability to research and synthesize complex information effectively.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
