About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex IT projects across the organisation.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and budget control.
• Manage and motivate cross-functional, geographically dispersed project teams using leading remote collaboration tools.
• Ensure adherence to IT project management best practices, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and company standards.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular, clear updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Oversee the implementation of new systems and technologies, ensuring successful integration and adoption.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in IT project management , with a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects.
• Extensive experience with software development lifecycles (SDLC), system integrations, and cloud technologies.
• Strong proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, essential for managing remote teams effectively.
• Experience with project management software and collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams).
• A relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is highly desirable.
