Senior IT Technician — Field & Project Delivery Lead

Slice Solutions in Barnsley (with travel to customer sites) is seeking a Senior IT Technician to deliver escalated support and hands-on infrastructure projects at client sites. You will balance 2nd/3rd line service desk work with project delivery, shaping deployments and upgrades.

The role requires strong Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server knowledge, networking and cyber security basics, plus excellent communication and customer relationship skills. Travel to customer sites is required.
